Pendidikan Karakter merupakan usaha yang dilakukan untuk membentuk
individu yang berprestasi dan berwawasan budaya. Terjadinya fenomena wabah
Covid-19 menyebabkan pelaksanaan program kegiatan pendidikan karakter di
Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 pererenan menjadi kurang maksimal. Namun pendidikan
karakter di tengah pandemi Covid-19 dapat terlaksana dengan lebih baik melalui
kerjasama antara orang dewasa disekitar siswa, melalui Gerakan Penguatan
Pendidikan Karakter.
Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Implementasi
Gerakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di tengah pandemi Covid-19 pada siswa
Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Pererenan, 2) Strategi yang dilakukan dalam Gerakan
Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di tengah pandemi Covid-19 pada siswa Sekolah
Dasar Negeri 1 Pererenan, 3) Implikasi Gerakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter
di tengah pandemi Covid-19 pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Pererenan. Teori
yang digunakan untuk menganalisis masalah ini adalah teori kontruktivisme, teori
behaviorisme, dan teori karakter. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif.
Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik
penentuan informan penelitian ini yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Metode
pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan
studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Implementasi Gerakan Penguatan
Pendidikan Karakter di tengah pendemi Covid-19 pada siswa Sekolah Dasar
Negeri 1 Pererenan yang dapat dianalisis yakni (1) Gerakan Penguatan Pendidikan
Karakter oleh guru, (2) Gerakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter oleh orang tua,
(3) Gerakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter oleh masyarakat. 2) Strategi yang
dilakukan dalam Gerakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di tengah pandemi
Covid-19 pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Pererenan yakni (1) sinergisitas guru
dan orang tua, (2) optimalisasi penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi,
(3) internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter, (4) pengembangan aktivitas positif. 3)
Implikasi Gerakan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di tengah pandemi Covid-19
pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Pererenan yaitu: (1) nilai religius, (2) nilai
nasionalis, (3) nilai mandiri, (4) nilai gotong royong, dan (5) nilai integritas.

Character Education is an effort made to form individuals who excel and
have cultural insight. The occurrence of the outbreak phenomenon Covid-19has
caused the implementation of the character education program at State Elementary
School 1 to be less than optimal. However, character education in the midst of the
pandemic Covid-19 can be carried out better through collaboration between adults
around students, through the Strengthening Character Education Movement.
The problems discussed in this study are: 1) Implementation of the
Character Education Strengthening Movement in the midst of the pandemic
Covid-19 for State Elementary School 1 Pererenan students, 2) Strategies carried
out in the Character Education Strengthening Movement in the midst of the
pandemic Covid-19 in State Elementary School students 1 Pererenan, 3)
Implications of the Movement to Strengthen Character Education in the midst of
the pandemic Covid-19 for State Elementary School 1 Pererenan students.
Theories for analyzing this problem are constructivism theory, behaviorism
theory, and character theory. This type of research is qualitative research. The data
sources of this research are primary and secondary data sources. The technique of
determining the informants is purposive sampling. Data collection methods are
observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis
technique of this research is descriptive qualitative.
The results showed that: 1) The implementation of the Character
Education Strengthening Movement in the midst of the pandemic Covid-19 for the
students of the State Elementary School 1 Pererenan, namely (1) the Character
Education Strengthening Movement by teachers, (2) the Character Education
Strengthening Movement by parents, (3) Movement for Strengthening Character
Education by the community. 2) The strategies carried out in the Movement for
Strengthening Character Education in the midst of the pandemic Covid-19 for
State Elementary School 1 Pererenan students, namely (1) the synergy of teachers
and parents, (2) optimizing the use of Information and Communication
Technology, (3) internalizing values character, (4) development of positive
activities. 3) The implications of the Movement for Strengthening Character
Education in the midst of the pandemic Covid-19 for State Elementary School 1
Pererenan students are: (1) religious values, (2) nationalist values, (3) independent
values, (4) mutual cooperation values, and (5 ) integrity value.
