Keterampilan dasar sangat penting untuk dikuasai oleh guru. Salah satu dari keterampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh guru yaitu keterampilan mengadakan variasi pembelajaran. Keterampilan mengadakan variasi adalah suatu kegiatan guru dalam konteks proses interaksi pembelajaran yang ditujukan untuk menghilangkan kebosanan siswa dalam belajar, meningkatkan motivasi dalam mempelajari sesuatu. Mengadakan variasi dalam proses belajar mengajar meliputi tiga aspek, yaitu variasi gaya mengajar, variasi dalam penggunaan media dan bahan pengajaran, dan variasi dalam interaksi antar guru dan siswa.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yakni. (1) Bagaimanakah keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan variasi mengajar pada mata pelajaran IPA saat daring kelas IV di SD Negeri 3 Dalung. (2). Apa sajakah kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan variasi mengajar pada mata pelajaran IPA saat daring kelas IV di SD Negeri 3 Dalung. (3). Bagaimanakah respon siswa terhadap guru dalam menerapkan variasi mengajar pada mata pelajaran IPA saat daring kelas IV di SD Negeri 3 Dalung.
Teori yang digunakan dalam menganalisis rumusan masalah adalah teori progresivisme, teori konstruktivisme, teori behavioristik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan dan kuisioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1). Penerapan variasi mengajar guru yaitu penerapan variasi gaya mengajar, penerapan variasi penggunaan media dan alat peraga, penerapan variasi pola interaksi, (2). Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu, dari faktor siswa, faktor guru, faktor sekolah, (3). Respon siswa terhadap guru dalam menerapkan variasi mengajar meliputi respon positif dan respon negatif.

ANALYSIS OF TEACHER SKILLS IN APPLYING VARIATION
TEACHING ON SCIENCE COURSES WHEN ONLINE CLASS IV
NEGERI 3 SD DALUNG
Basic skills are very important to master by the teachers. One of the skills that must be mastered by the teacher is the skill of conducting learning variations. The skill of holding variations is a teacher activity in the context of a learning interaction process aimed at eliminating student boredom in learning and increasing students ‘motivation in learning something. Carrying out variations in the teaching and learning process includes three aspects, namely variations in teaching styles, variations in the use of media and teaching materials, and variations in interactions between teachers and students.
Based on those explanation above, then what is being studied in this research are: (1). How are the teachers’ skills in applying teaching variations on science subjects online learning for fourth grade at SD Negeri 3 Dalung. (2). What are the obstacles faced by teachers in applying teaching variations on science subjects online learning for fourth grade at SD Negeri 3 Dalung. (3). How do students respond to the teachers in applying teaching variations on science subjects when online learning for fourth grade at SD Negeri 3 Dalung.
The theory used in analyzing those problem formulations are, the theory of progressivism, constructivism theory, behavioristic theory. This research used descriptive qualitative research. The methods used in this research are the method of observation, interviews, documentation studies, literature studies and questionnaires.
The results showed that, (1). The application of teacher teaching variations, namely the application of variations in teaching styles, the application of variations used in media and teaching aids, the application of variations in interaction patterns, (2) obstacles faced are, from student factors, teacher factors, school factors, (3) student responses to teachers in applying teaching variations include positive responses and negative responses.
