Abstract
ABSTRAK
Daya Tarik Wisata Big Garden Corner Sanur merupakan sebuah daya
tarik wisata yang dibuka pada tahun 2016 dan masih tergolong baru. Taman wisata buatan di sudut kota Denpasar ini menjadi daya tarik wisata yang instagramable di pulau Dewata Bali, yang saat ini sedang trend dan hits, Big Garden Corner adalah sebuah tempat yang memberikan peluang bagi wisatawan untuk bersantai bersama keluarga di tengah-tengah kota. Pada daya tarik wisata Big Garden Corner juga menyediakan berbagai paket acara seperti special moments (birthday party, wedding party), gathering, meeting, fun activity, garden
party, reunion, exhibition dan lain-lain.
Dari latar belakang tersebut, maka permasalahan yang didapat yakni:
potensi yang dimiliki Big Garden Corner sebagai daya tarik wisata, faktor penghambat pengelolaan Big Garden Corner sebagai daya tarik wisata dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang diterapkan pada daya tarik wisata Big Garden Corner Untuk
memecahkan rumusan masalah tersebut, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua teori yaitu teori pengembangan pariwisata dan teori manajemen pariwisata. Berdasarkan teori tersebut, maka akan dibahas mengenai bagaimana pengelolaan
daya tarik wisata Big Garden Corner.
Seluruh data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tehnik pengumpulan data berupa teknik observasi, teknik wawancara,
studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi.
Hasil dan pembahasan pertama pada penelitian ini yaitu, Potensi Big
Garden Corner sebagai daya tarik wisata yaitu dapat dilihat dari potensi pengembangan budaya yang terdapat banyak ornamen patung berbudaya Bali hingga Budha. Selain itu, terdapat juga pengembangan budaya seperti adanya pertunjukan Tari Tradisional yang diadakan pada waktu-waktu tertentu. Adapun potensi pengembangan buatan dapat dilihat dari adanya playground, waterpark serta rumah pohon untuk mempercantik taman dan juga adanya taman kupu-kupu. Kedua, Faktor penghambat pengelolaan dan upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan pada daya tarik wisata Big Garden Corner yaitu kurangnya tenaga kerja pada saat event-event tertentu sehingga pengelola seringkali mencari pekerja tambahan atau yang bisa disebut DW (Daily Working. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah memaksimalkan jumlah karyawan. Ketiga, Pengelolaan daya tarik wisata Big Garden Corner Sanur menggunakan metode POACM (Planning, Organizing, Actuacting, Controlling, Motivation) yaitu dari segi sarana dapat dilihat dari penambahan kursi-kursi yang dirancang dengan menarik serta terdapat hiasan seperti payung warna-warni yang dapat mempercantik taman, selain itu terdapat patung gajah besar yang terbuat dari olahan limbah sampah. Adapun prasarana yang diterapkan yakni adanya rumah pohon, parkiran yang luas, playground area, garden area, restaurant, butterfly garden, dan waterpark.

ABSTRACT
Big Garden Corner Sanur Tourist Attraction is a tourist attraction that was opened in 2016 and is still relatively new. This artificial tourist park in the corner of Denpasar city has become an instagramable tourist attraction on the island of the Gods, Bali, which is currently a trend and hits, Big Garden Corner is a place that provides opportunities for tourists to relax with their family in the middle of the city. As a tourist attraction, Big Garden Corner also provides various event packages such as special moments (birthday parties, wedding parties), gatherings, meetings, fun activities, garden parties, reunions, exhibitions and others.
From this background, the problems obtained are: the potential of the Big Garden Corner as a tourist attraction, the inhibiting factors for the management of the Big Garden Corner as a tourist attraction and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles, the management of facilities and infrastructure applied to the attraction Big Garden Corner tourism To solve the formulation of the problem, this research uses the concept of management and tourist attraction using two theories, namely the theory of tourism development and tourism management theory. Based on these theories, it will be discussed how to manage the Big Garden Corner tourist attraction. All data in this study were obtained through data collection techniques in the form of observation techniques, interview techniques, literature studies and documentation.
The first results and discussion in this study are the potential of the Big Garden Corner as a tourist attraction, which can be seen from the potential for cultural development where there are many ornaments of Balinese to Buddhist cultured statues. In addition, there is also cultural development such as traditional dance performances held at certain times. While the potential for artificial development can be seen from the existence of a playground, waterpark and tree houses to beautify the park and also a butterfly garden. Second, the inhibiting factors for management and efforts to overcome obstacles to the Big Garden Corner tourist attraction, namely the lack of manpower during certain events so that managers often look for additional workers or what can be called DW (Daily Working). Efforts made to overcome these obstacles are maximize the number of employees Third, the management of facilities and infrastructure applied to the Big Garden Corner tourist attraction uses the POACM (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling, Motivation) method, namely in terms of facilities, it can be seen from the addition of attractively designed chairs and there are decorations such as colorful umbrellas that can beautify the park, besides that there is a large elephant statue made from processed waste waste. While the infrastructure implemented is a tree house, large parking lot, playground area, garden area, restaurant, butterfly garden, and waterpark.
