PERANAN PEMANDU WISATA TERHADAP KESAKRALAN DAYA TARIK WISATA DI SACRED MONKEY FOREST SANCTUARY UBUD

Abstrak
Bali yang terkenal akan kegiatan pariwisata ini, memiliki segudang peluang untuk menjadi tujuan pariwisata terbaik bagi wisatawan mancanegara maupun wisatawan lokal. Selain daya tarik wisata yang sangat memanjakan mata, Bali juga memiliki tradisi dan budaya yang sangat dijaga oleh masyarakat karena tradisi ini diturunkan oleh leluhur masyarakat Bali. Oleh karena itu, peran pemandu wisata sangat dibutuhkan untuk melindungi segala daya tarik wisata di pulau Bali yang memiliki kesakralan dari wisatawan yang memiliki kebudayaan dan kebiasaan hidup yang berbeda. Salah satu daya tarik wisata yang harus diperhatikan adalah Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary. Monkey Forest Ubud merupakan sebuah daya tarik wisata sakral yang didalamnya terdapat hutan yang dihuni ribuan jenis monyet serta terdapat tiga jenis pura. Namun beberapa tahun silam, pelecehan pernah terjadi di daya tarik wisata ini. Pelecehan yang dilakukan oleh wisatawan asing ini menyebabkan pihak Monkey Forest Ubud harus melakukan upacara besar untuk mensucikan kembali Pura yang dihormati oleh masyarakat lokal. Sehingga dari kasus pelecehan ini, ditemukanlah rumusan masalah yang akan dibahas, antara lain: 1) Bagaimana proses edukasi untuk penyadaran kesakralan daya tarik wisata di Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary Ubud pada tour guiding yang dilakukan? 2) Bagaimana perilaku wisatawan yang muncul setelah menerima edukasi melalui tour guiding yang dilakukan oleh pemandu wisata di Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary Ubud? 3) Bagaimana peran pemandu wisata kepada wisatawan ketika terjadi pelecehan daya tarik wisata di Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary Ubud?.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori peranan dan teori perilaku konsumen yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi kepustakaan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana peranan pemandu wisata terhadap kesakralan yang ada dalam suatu daya tarik wisata tepatnya di Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary Ubud yang didapatkan dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola, pemandu wisata yang membawa wisatawan berkunjung ke daya tarik wisata Monkey Forest Ubud, wisatawan mancanegara yang menggunakan jasa pemandu wisata, dan dari pihak Himpunan Pemandu Wisata Indonesia di Provinsi Bali.
Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranan pemandu wisata dalam menjaga kesakralan daya tarik wisata di Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary Ubud itu sangat diperlukan dan penting. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada 4 narasumber, ditemukan bahwa wisatawan yang tidak menggunakan jasa pemandu wisata memiliki kemungkinan lebih tinggi untuk melakukan pelecehan disebuah daya tarik wisata sakral, sehingga diperlukan pemandu wisata untuk memandu sesuai dengan kode etik pramuwisata dan memberikan efektifitas dalam pelayanan wisatawan, pelestarian kesakralan daya tarik wisata, dan memberikan edukasi kepada wisatawan.

Abstract
Bali, which is famous for its tourism activities, has a myriad of opportunities to become the best tourist destination for both foreign and local tourists. Apart from being a tourist attraction that is very pleasing to the eye, Bali also has traditions and culture that are highly guarded by the community because these traditions are passed down by Balinese ancestral communities. Therefore, the role of a tour guide is urgently needed to protect all tourist attractions on the island of Bali which have sacredness to tourists who have different cultures and living habits. One tourist attraction to watch out for is the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary. Monkey Forest Ubud is a sacred tourist attraction in which there is a forest inhabited by thousands of types of monkeys and there are three types of temples. But a few years ago, memories once occurred at this tourist attraction. This harassment by foreign tourists caused the Ubud Monkey Forest to carry out a big ceremony to purify the temple which is respected by the local community. So from this violation case, a formulation of the problem was found that would be negotiated, including: 1) How was the educational process to raise awareness of the sacredness of tourist attractions in the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary Ubud in the tour guide being carried out? 2) What is the behavior of tourists who appear after receiving education through a tour guide conducted by a tour guide at the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary Ubud? 3) What is the role of tour guides for tourists when there is a weakening of tourist attraction in the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary Ubud?
The theory used in this study is role theory and consumer behavior theory which will be analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The data obtained from this research is in the form of qualitative data collected through observation techniques, documentation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies.
This study aimed to examine how the role of tour guides on the sacredness that exists in a tourist attraction, to be precise at the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary Ubud, which is obtained from the results of in-depth interviews with managers, tour guides who bring tourists to visit the Ubud Monkey Forest tourist attraction, foreign tourists who use the services of tour guides, and from the Association of Indonesian Tour Guides in the Province of Bali.
From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the role of tour guides in maintaining the sacredness of tourist attractions in the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary Ubud is very necessary and important. Based on the results of interviews with 4 informants, it was found that tourists who do not use the services of tour guides have a higher possibility of harassment at a sacred tourist attraction, so tour guides are needed to guide according to the guide's code of ethics and provide effectiveness in tourist services, preservation of the sacred power tourist attraction, and provide education to tourists.
