Abstract

ABSTRAK

Bali merupakan salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki potensi pariwisata
yang besar, Pada awal tahun 2020 dunia diguncangkan dengan hadirnya wabah virus
Covid-19, Pariwisata Bali yang awalnya ramai di kunjungi wisatawan menjadi sangat
sepi dikarenakan virus covid-19 dan pemberlakuan PPKM. Salah satu daya tarik wisata
yang terdampak sejak adanya pemberlakuan PPKM tersebut adalah Pemandian Air Panas
belulang. Daya Tarik wisata Air Panas Belulang ini terletak di Kabupaten Tabanan.
Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu:
1) Bagaimana Pengelolaan Daya Tarik Wisata Pemandian Air Panas Belulang di
Kabupaten Tabanan Pasca Pandemi Covid-19? 2) Bagaimana pendapat wisatawan dan
masyarakat terkait Strategi Pengelolaan Daya Tarik Wisata Pemandian Air Panas
Belulang di Kabupaten Tabanan Pasca Pandemi Covid-19? 3)Bagaimana Strategi
Pengelolaan Daya Tarik Wisata Pemandian Air Panas Belulang di Kabupaten Tabanan
Pasca Pandemi Covid-19?
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini teori Manajemen Pariwisata dan Teori
persepsi wisatawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi,
wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan
adalah penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Pemandian Air Panas Belulang ini
dipercayakan kepada Pecalang Pura Luhur Batu Panes, dengan melalui proses
Recruitment, seleksi, pelatihan, pengembangan, motivasi, penghargaan, retensi
karyawan, dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti kepada wisatawan dan
Masyarakat lokal mengenai pengelolaan daya tarik wisata Pemandian Air Panas Belulang
ini memiliki respon yang cukup positif karena daya tarik wisata ini sudah dikelola dengan
baik. Strategi Pengelolaan Daya Tarik Wisata Pemandian Air Panas Belulang Pasca
Pandemi yaitu perencanaan (planning) dengan menggait lebih banyak wisatawan dengan
cara mempromosikan melalui selebgram, Pengorganisasian (Organizing) dengan
membentuk beberapa kelompok pecalang dan pengelola membuat 5 shift per satu minggu
sekali, Penggerakan (Actuating) dengan membentuk group pada aplikasi WhatsApp agar
memudahkan penggerakan pada anggota untuk melakukan penggerakan, Pengawasan
(Controlling) dilaksanakan setiap tiga hari sekali oleh pengurus inti Pura Luhur Batu
Panes, dan Motivasi (Motivation) motivasi yang diberikan oleh pengelola agar ramah dan
sopan kepada wisatawan lokal maupun asing agar wisatawan memiliki minat berkunjung
yang besar.

ABSTRACT

Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia which has great tourism potential. At the
beginning of 2020 the world was shaken by the presence of the Covid-19 virus outbreak.

Bali Tourism, which was initially busy with tourists, became very quiet due to the Covid-
19 virus and the implementation of PPKM. One of the tourist attractions that has been affected since the implementation of PPKM is the Belulang Hot Springs. The Belulang
Hot Springs tourist attraction is located in Tabanan Regency. Based on these problems,
the problem formulation in this research is: 1) How is the Belulang Hot Springs tourist
attraction managed in Tabanan Regency after the Covid-19 pandemic? 2) What are the
opinions of tourists and the public regarding the Management Strategy for the Belulang
Hot Springs Tourist Attraction in Tabanan Regency Post the Covid-19 Pandemic? 3)
What is the Management Strategy for the Belulang Hot Springs Tourist Attraction in
Tabanan Regency Post the Covid-19 Pandemic?
The theories used in this research are Tourism Management theory and Tourist
perception theory. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews,
literature study and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data
presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing.
The results of the research show that the management of the Belulang Hot Springs
is entrusted to Pecalang Pura Luhur Batu Panes, through a process of recruitment,
selection, training, development, motivation, rewards and employee retention, from the
results of interviews conducted by researchers with tourists and local communities
regarding management. The Belulang Hot Springs tourist attraction has had quite a
positive response because this tourist attraction has been well managed. Post-Pandemic
Belulang Hot Springs Tourist Attraction Management Strategy, namely planning by
attracting more tourists by promoting through celebgrams, Organizing by forming
several tourist groups and managers making 5 shifts once a week, Actuating by forming
a group on the WhatsApp application to make it easier for members to carry out activities,
monitoring is carried out every three days by the core management of Pura Luhur Batu
Panes, and motivation is given by the management to be friendly and polite to local and
tourist tourists. foreign countries so that tourists have a great interest in visiting.
