PENGARUH PENERAPAN STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR (SOP) DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI AKOMODASI PARIWISATA METTA AGARA VILLA, KUTA, BADUNG

ABSTRAK
Fenomena yang ada di Metta Agara Villa Kuta, Badung berupa penurunan Kinerja Karyawan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan Lingkungan Kerja yang kurang kondusif, padahal kedua hal tersebut merupakan faktor untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur seberapa pengaruh dari kedua variabel tersebut terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Metta Agara Villa, Kuta, Badung yang merupakan salah satu akomodasi pariwisata di Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 49 dan otomatis seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau biasa disebut sensus, karena jumlah populasi masih kurang dari 100. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Analisis menggunakan Koefisien Reliabilitas, Validitas di uji dengan menggunakan Kolerasi Product Moment, sedangkan data penelitian Analisis Statistik Deskriptif dan menggunakan Persamaan Regresi Linear Berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel SOP memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai T hitung sebesar 2,365 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,022 lebih kecil dari 0,05, Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai T hitung sebesar 2,325 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,025 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dari hasil Simultan SOP dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama – sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan F hitung sebesar 6,420 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 yang lebih kecil dari 0,005. Sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 18,4% penelitian ini dipengaruhi oleh variabel SOP dan Lingkungan Kerja sedangkan sisanya 81,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Skripsi ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk membuat perencanaan yang baik dalam penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur dan menciptakan Lingkungan Kerja yang lebih baik sehingga bisa meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan.

ABSTRACT
The phenomenon that exists at Metta Agara Villa Kuta, Badung is a decrease in employee performance caused by a lack of application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and a less conducive work environment, even though these two things are factors to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study is to measure how the influence of the two variables on Employee Performance at Metta Agara Villa, Kuta, Badung which is one of the tourism accommodations in Bali. The population in this study was 49 and automatically the entire population was sampled using a saturated sample or commonly called a census, because the population was still less than 100. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The analysis uses the Reliability Coefficient, Validity is tested using Product Moment Colleration, while the research data is Descriptive Statistical Analysis and uses Multiple Linear Regression Equations. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the SOP variable has a positive influence on employee performance with a calculated T value of 2.365 and a significant value of 0.022 smaller than 0.05, the work environment has a positive influence on employee performance with a calculated T value of 2.325 and a significant value of 0.025 smaller than 0.05. From the simultaneous results of SOP and Work Environment together have a significant influence on Employee Performance with F count of 6,420 and a significant value of 0.003 which is smaller than 0.005. While the R Square value of 18.4% of this study was influenced by the SOP and Work Environment variables while the remaining 81.6% was influenced by other variables not examined. This thesis is expected to help companies to make good planning in implementing Standard Operating Procedures and creating a better Work Environment so as to improve Employee Performance.
