PERAN PARIWISATA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA WISATA UNDISAN KECAMATAN TEMBUKU KABUPATEN BANGLI

ABSTRAK
Bali menjadi salah satu provinsi yang tersohor dengan keindahan tempat wisata yang begitu beragam dan mengedukasi. Daerah ini mengandalkan sektor pariwisata sebagai sumber yang berkontribusi cukup besar terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kabupaten Bangli menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata populer yang sudah dikenal hingga ke mancanegara, salah satunya yaitu Desa Wisata Undisan. Pengembangan desa wisata merupakan salah satu solusi alternatif untuk dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang berbasis pemanfaatan potensi lokal. Fenomena ini menjadi kajian yang sangat menarik, karena kemunculan industri pariwisata membuat masyarakat lebih mudah dalam mencari nafkah, berbeda dengan sebelum adanya pariwisata. Kegiatan pariwisata selain dapat menimbulkan pengaruh pada aspek ekonomi, juga berpengaruh pada aspek sosial budaya masyarakat. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan di atas, peneliti telah merumuskan tiga masalah yaitu (1) Bagaimana potensi pariwisata di Desa Wisata Undisan, Kecamatan Tembuku, Kabupaten Bangli? (2) Bagaimana peran pariwisata terhadap kehidupan masyarakat di Desa Wisata Undisan, Kecamatan Tembuku, Kabupaten Bangli? (3) Bagaimana implikasi adanya pariwisata terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Wisata Undisan, Kecamatan Tembuku, Kabupaten Bangli?. Teori yang peneliti gunakan untuk membedah ketiga rumusan masalah di atas adalah teori komponen 6A daya tarik wisata, teori peran, dan teori kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pariwisata terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di desa wisata Undisan Kecamatan Tembuku Kabupaten Bangli. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, menggunakan teknik analisis data secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini dipilih mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi di Desa Wisata Undisan sudah sesuai dengan teori pengembangan destinasi wisata, yaitu Attraction, Amenities, Ancillary services, Activities, Accessibilities, dan Available package. Pariwisata memiliki peran penting terhadap kehidupan masyarakat yaitu peran terhadap kehidupan ekonomi, peran terhadap kehidupan sosial, dan peran terhadap kebudayaan. Aktivitas pariwisata di Desa Wisata Undisan juga berdampak terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat yang mencangkup kesejahteraan materi, kesejahteraan barmasyarakat, kesejahteraaan emosi, dan keamanan.

ABSTRACT
Bali is one of the provinces that is famous for the beauty of tourist attractions that are so diverse and educational. This area relies on the tourism sector as a source that contributes significantly to the local original income and community welfare. Bangli Regency is one of the popular tourist destinations that has been known to foreign countries, one of which is Undisan tourist village. The development of tourism villages is one alternative solution to be able to improve community welfare based on the utilization of local potential. This phenomenon is a very interesting study, because the emergence of the tourism industry makes it easier for people to make a living, in contrast to before tourism. Tourism activities in addition to being able to have an influence on economic aspects, also affect the socio-cultural aspects of the community. Based on the background of the above problems, researchers have formulated three problems, namely (1) How is the tourism potential in Undisan Tourism Village, Tembuku District, Bangli Regency? (2) What is the role of tourism in the lives of people in Undisan Tourism Village, Tembuku District, Bangli Regency? (3) What are the implications of tourism on the welfare of the community in Undisan Tourism Village, Tembuku District, Bangli Regency? The theories that researchers use to dissect the three problem formulations above are component 6A theory of tourist attraction, role theory, and welfare theory. This study aims to determine how the role of tourism on the welfare of the community in Undisan tourism village, Tembuku District, Bangli Regency. The type of research used is qualitative, using descriptive data analysis techniques. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The informants in this study were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study show that the potential in Undisan Tourism Village is in accordance with the theory of developing tourist destinations, namely Attraction, Amenities, Ancillary services, Activities, Accessibilities, and Available packages. Tourism has an important role in people's lives, namely the role of economic life, the role of social life, and the role of culture. Tourism activities in Undisan Tourism Village also have an impact on community welfare which includes material welfare, community welfare, emotional welfare, and security.
