Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian yang berjudul Strategi Pemasaran Daya Tarik Wisata Mahagiri Panoramic Resort And Restaurant Dalam Menarik Minat Kunjungan Wisatawan di Kabupaten Karangasem Bali, yang membahas mengenai bagaimanakah strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan sehingga wisatawan bisa tertarik untuk datang dan berkunjung ke daya tarik wisata tersebut. Wisata alam merupakan salah satu daya tarik wisata yang banyak diminati oleh wisatawan, selain itu ada suatu cara yang perlu dilakukan agar wisatawan selalu tertarik untuk datang ke daya tarik wisata tersebut. Tentunya ada sebuah strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan agar kunjungan wisatawan selalu ramai. Masalah yang di teliti dalam penelitian ini diantaranya: potensi yang dimilki daya tarik wisata Mahagiri Panoramic Resort And Restaurant, Bagaimanakah strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pihak pengelola daya tarik wisata Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurants dalam Menarik Minat Kunjungan Wisatawan di Karangasem Bali, dan juga Bagaimanakah dampak pemasaran yang telah dilakukan daya tarik wisata Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurants dalam Menarik Minat Kunjungan Wisatawan di Karangasem Bali.
Permasalahan tersebut dikaji mengguanakan beberapa teori, yaitu teori bauran pemasaran dan teori destinasi pariwisata. Dalam pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan analisis data melalui teknik reduksi data, sajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan.
Dalam upaya pemasaran yang dilakukan daya tarik wisata Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurants berdampak baik pada tingkat kunjungan wisatawan. Potensi yang dimiliki berupa potensi alam, potensi buatan atau potensi budaya dapat dikelola dengan cukup baik. Selain itu upaya dalam memasarkan potensi yang dimiliki telah sesuai dengan teori-teori kepariwisataan, serta dari kegiatan pariwisata yang dilakukan Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurants memberikan dampak positif yang cukup besar bagi masyarakat sekitarnya.

ABSTRACT
The research, entitled Marketing Strategy for Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurant Tourism Attraction in Attracting Tourist Visit Interests in Karangasem Regency, Bali, which discusses how marketing strategies are carried out so that tourists can be attracted to come and visit these tourist attractions. Nature tourism is one of the tourist attractions that is in great demand by tourists, besides that there is a way that needs to be done so that tourists are always interested in coming to these tourist attractions. Of course there is a marketing strategy that is carried out so that tourist visits are always busy. The problems examined in this study include: the potential of the Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurant tourist attraction, how is the marketing strategy carried out by the management of the Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurants tourist attraction in attracting tourist interest in Karangasem Bali, and also what is the impact marketing that has been carried out on the tourist attraction of the Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurants in Attracting Tourist Visits in Karangasem Bali.
These problems are studied using several theories, namely the marketing mix theory and the theory of tourism destinations. In collecting the research data using the method of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a type of qualitative research and data analysis through data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion.
The marketing efforts carried out by the Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurants tourist attraction had a good impact on the level of tourist visits. The potential in the form of natural potential, artificial potential or cultural potential can be managed quite well. In addition, efforts to market their potential are in accordance with tourism theories, as well as the tourism activities carried out by Mahagiri Panoramic Resort and Restaurants have had a significant positive impact on the surrounding community.
