Abstract
ABSTRAK
Museum Yadnya merupakan museum khusus yang menyimpan berbagai ragam bentuk visual pelaksanaan upacara Yadnya sampai rumah adat Bali dan peralatan pertanian tradisional masyarakat Bali jaman dahulu. Pengelolaan Museum Yadnya sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya harus memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan yang berfokus pada kelestarian lingkungan, nilai-nilai sosial, komunitas lokal sehingga dapat menjamin kesejahteraan masyarakat dan menjamin kepuasan wisatawan. Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana pengelolaan Museum Yadnya sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya di Desa Mengwi, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung.
Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu, 1) Bagaimana potensi yang dimiliki Museum Yadnya sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya di Desa Mengwi, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung. 2) Bagaimana persepsi wisatawan dan masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan Museum Yadnya sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya di Desa Mengwi, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung? 3)Bagaimana manajemen pengelolaan Museum Yadnya sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya di Desa Mengwi, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi yang dimiliki, persepsi wisatawan dan masyarakat, dan pengelolaan Museum Yadnya sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif. Penentuan informan menggunakan purpasive sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukakan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penyajian data disajikan secara informal.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Museum Yadnya memiliki potensi kebudayaan sebagai daya tarik wisata berupa koleksi tentang peralatan dan upakara dalam pelaksanaan upacara Yadnya di Bali. Persepsi wisatawan menunjukan sangat tertarik dengan keunikan museum yang mempunyai koleksi tentang budaya Bali, namun pengelolaan harus ditingkatkan karena koleksi museum banyak yang perlu diperbaiki. Persepsi Masyarakat adanya Museum Yadnya sebagai daya tarik wisata dapat mendatangkan wisatawan, sehingga dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan dan peluang untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan menjadi wadah untuk melestarikan budaya. Persepsi negatif masyarakat yaitu Museum Yadnya kurang menarik bagi masyarakat mengingat Yadnya sudah dilakukan dakam keseharian masyarakat dan juga terhadap koleksi museum yang perlu diperbaiki agar menumbuhkan citra baik bagi museum dan menjamin kepuasan pengunjung. Pengelolaan Museum Yadnya dilakukan berdasarkan fungsi manajemen mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, motivasi, dan pengawasan dan dikelola oleh Dinas Kebudayan Kabupaten Badung melalui Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis (UPT) Museum Yadnya

ABSTRACT
The Yadnya Museum is a special museum that stores various visual forms of the implementation of the Yadnya ceremony to traditional Balinese houses and traditional agricultural equipment for the ancient Balinese people. The management of the Yadnya Museum as a cultural tourism attraction must pay attention to management principles that focus on environmental sustainability, social values, local communities so as to ensure community welfare and guarantee tourist satisfaction. This research was discussed how to manage the Yadnya Museum as a cultural tourism attraction in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency.
The research question in this study were, 1) How the potentials of the Yadnya Museum as a cultural tourism attraction in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. 2) What is the perception of tourists and the public regarding the management of the Yadnya Museum as a cultural tourism attraction in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency? 3) How is the management of the Yadnya Museum as a cultural tourism attraction in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency? The purpose of this study was to determine the potential possessed, the perceptions of tourists, and the management of the Yadnya Museum as a cultural tourism attraction. The method in this study used a qualitative approach, with the type of data used was qualitative data. Determination of informants using purposive sampling. The data sources were primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. Data presentation techniques were presented informally.
The results of the study showed that the Yadnya Museum has cultural potential as a tourist attraction in the form of a collection of equipment and ceremonies in the implementation of the Yadnya ceremony in Bali. The perception of tourists indicate that they are very interested in the uniqueness of the museum which has collections on Balinese culture and services that were considered as good, but the management must be improved because many museum collections need to be repaired. Public perception of the Yadnya Museum as a tourist attraction could attract tourists’ attention, so could open give an opportunity to boost the economy and become a place for preserving culture. The public's negative perception is that the Yadnya Museum is less attractive to the public considering that Yadnya has already been carried out in community’s life and also the museum collections that need to be repaired in order to foster a good image for the museum and ensure visitor satisfaction. Management of the Yadnya Museum was carried out based on management functions starting from planning, organizing, actuating, motivating, and supervising and managed by the Badung Regency Culture Office through the Yadnya Museum Technical Implementation Unit (UPT).
