PENGELOLAAN AGROWISATA ALAS HARUM BALI SEBAGAI WISATA EDUKASI DI DESA TEGALLALANG, KECAMATAN TEGALLALANG, KABUPATEN GIANYAR

ABSTRAK
Perkembangan pariwisata di Bali sangatlah pesat. Setiap daerah di Bali memiliki potensi pariwisatanya masing-masing, beberapa desa dan wilayah kabupaten mengembangkan destinasi wisatanya dengan cara yang berbeda-beda. Agrowisata Alas Harum Bali merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang berlokasi di Desa Tegallalang Gianyar, yang menggabungkan wisata edukasi dan agrowisata. Tetapi, di tengah semakin pesatnya perkembangan pariwisata, pandemi Covid 19 melanda yang menyebabkan sektor industri pariwisata terpuruk. Setelah pandemi dinyatakan mereda menjadi semangat baru bagi Agrowisata Alas Harum Bali untuk kembali mengembangkan potensi wisatanya.
Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti bagaimana potensi yang dimiliki Agrowisata Alas Harum Bali sebagai wisata edukasi. Bagaimana pengelolaan Agrowisata Alas Harum Bali sebagai wisata edukasi. Bagaimana dampak pengelolaan Agrowisata Alas Harum Bali sebagai wisata edukasi di Desa Tegallalang, Kecamatan Tegallalang, Kabupaten Gianyar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan bagaimana pengelolaan Agrowisata Alas Harum Bali sebagai wisata edukasi yang bertempat di Desa Tegallalang, Kecamatan Tegallalang, Kabupaten Gianyar. Metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi yang dimiliki Agrowisata Alas Harum Bali terdiri dari potensi wisata pengolahan kopi dan potensi wisata atraksi yang terdiri dari giant swing, flying fox, dan sky bike, serta potensi wisata lain seperti spot foto dengan background pemandangan alam. Pengelolaan Agrowisata Alas Harum Bali sudah baik, dengan memiliki rencana pengembangan potensi wisata dimasa depan, tata organisasi yang baik dengan job description dan SOP yang jelas, pengawasan dilakukan dengan baik terhadap karyawan dan wisatawan agar wisatawan dapat menikmati destinasi wisata dengan nyaman. Dampak dari pengelolaan Agrowisata Alas Harum Bali diantaranya dampak ekonomi dengan terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan, dampak sosial budaya dengan memperkenalkan budaya pengolahan kopi tradisional, dan dampak lingkungan dengan adanya alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi lahan objek wisata, pertokoan, lahan parkir, serta munculnya timbunan sampah hal tersebut menjadi dampak negatif pada pencemaran lingkungan.

The development of tourism in Bali is very rapid. Each area in Bali has its own tourism potential, and several villages and districts develop their tourist destinations in different ways. Alas Harum Bali Agrotourism is a tourist attraction located in Tegallalang Gianyar Village that combines educational tourism and agrotourism. However, in the midst of the increasingly rapid development of tourism, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, which caused the tourism industry sector to slump. After the pandemic was declared to have subsided, there was renewed enthusiasm for Alas Harum Bali Agrotourism to return to developing its tourism potential.
Based on the background above, the authors are interested in researching the potential of Alas Harum Bali Agrotourism as educational tourism. How to manage Alas Harum Bali Agrotourism as an educational tour, What is the impact of managing Alas Harum Bali Agrotourism as an educational tour in Tegallalang Village, Tegallalang District, and Gianyar Regency? This study aims to formulate how to manage Alas Harum Bali Agrotourism as an educational tour that is located in Tegallalang Village, Tegallalang District, Gianyar Regency. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach.
The results showed that the potential of Alas Harum Bali Agrotourism consists of coffee processing tourism potential and tourist attraction potential consisting of giant swings, flying foxes, and sky bikes, as well as other tourism potentials such as photo spots with natural scenery as a background. The management of Alas Harum Bali Agrotourism is good, with a plan to develop tourism potential in the future, good organizational governance with clear job descriptions and SOPs, and proper supervision of employees and tourists so that tourists can enjoy tourist destinations comfortably. The impacts of managing Alas Harum Bali Agrotourism include the economic impact of creating jobs, the socio- cultural impact of introducing a traditional coffee processing culture, and the environmental impact of converting agricultural land into a tourist attraction, shops, parking lots, and landfills. negative impact on environmental pollution.
