Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tatap muka pasca pandemi merupakan salah satu alternatif
yang diberikan pemerintah dalam mengatasi berbagai kendala dalam pembelajaran yang
dilakukan secara daring. Guru ditutut memiliki kemampuan dalam mengelola pembelajaran,
kreativitas guru sangat dibutuhkan karena siswa selama pandemi selalu dibantu oleh orang
tua harus kembali dijadikan siswa yang mandiri. Terlebih lagi pembelajaran di sekolah yang
sekarang beralih ke kurikulum merdeka. Kurikulum merdeka yang mengacu pada minat dan
bakat yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori
behaviorisme, teori motivasi, teori kontruktivisme. Metode pengumpulan data yang
digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa: 1) Interaksi pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila berbasis tatap muka pasca pandemi
covid-19 melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. 2) kendala yang muncul: kendala
yang dihadapi guru, kendala yang dihadapi siswa, dan kendala dari fasilitas sekolah. 3)
Upaya yang dilakukan: upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru, upaya yang dilakukan siswa, dan
upaya yang dilakukan oleh sekolah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah setelah
diterapkannya strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila berbasis tatap muka pasca
pandemi covid-19 yaitu melalui strategi pembelajaran guru dapat mebuat pembelajaran lebih
efektif, terarah sehingga proses pembelajaran berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran.

Implementation of post-pandemic face-to-face learning is an alternative
provided by the government in overcoming various obstacles in online learning.
Teachers are required to have the ability to manage learning, teacher creativity is
needed because students during a pandemic have always been assisted by their parents
and must return to being independent students. Moreover, learning in schools is now
shifting to an independent curriculum. An independent curriculum that refers to the
interests and talents possessed by students. The theory used in this study is the theory
of behaviorism, theory of motivation, theory of constructivism. Data collection
methods used include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the
study show that: 1) Face-to-face face-to-face interaction of Pancasila Education
learning after the Covid-19 pandemic through planning, implementation, and
evaluation. 2) the obstacles that arise: the obstacles faced by teachers, the obstacles
faced by students, and the constraints of school facilities. 3) Efforts made: efforts
made by teachers, efforts made by students, and efforts made by schools. The
conclusion from this study is that after the implementation of face-to-face based
Pancasila Education learning strategies after the Covid-19 pandemic, namely through
learning strategies teachers can make learning more effective, directed so that the
learning process goes according to the learning objectives
.
