Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru terhadap implementasi
kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri 3 Padangsambian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian
kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi
kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori konstruktivisme
dan teori persepsi. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive
sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas I dan guru kelas 4
di SD Negeri 3 Padangsambian, kemudian objek penelitian ini hanya berupa persepsi
guru pada implementasi kurikulum merdeka namun tidak melingkupi
implementasinya pada siswa. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan
analisis data kualitatif. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian meliputi credibilty,
transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa (1) kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri 3 Padangsambian sudah diterapkan pada
tahun 2022, kurikulum merdeka memudahkan para guru dalam proses pembelajaran
karena dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka telah disediakan platform merdeka
mengajar oleh pemerintah, (2) guru memberikan persepsi yang positif dan
mengapresiasi implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri 3 Padangsambian, (3)
menurut guru di SD Negeri 3 Padangsambian kendala dalam penerapan kurikulum
merdeka yaitu, kurangnya penguasaan ilmu dan teknologi, keterbatasan waktu guru
untuk belajar dan minimnya referensi.
Kata kunci: Persepsi guru, implementasi kurikulum merdeka, sekolah dasar.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to describe teachers' perceptions of the implementation
of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 3 Padangsambian. This research is a
qualitative research with data collection through observation, interviews, literature
study and documentation. The theory used is constructivism theory and perception
theory. The informant determination technique in this study was purposive sampling.
The subjects of this study were school principals, first grade teachers and fourth
grade teachers at Padangsambian 3 Public Elementary School. Data analysis in this
study used qualitative data analysis. Data validity tests in research include
credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study
showed that (1) the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 3 Padangsambian has been
implemented in 2022, the independent curriculum facilitates teachers in the learning
process because in the implementation of the independent curriculum the government
has provided an independent teaching platform, (2) teachers provide positive
perceptions and appreciated the implementation of the independent curriculum at
SD Negeri 3 Padangsambian, (3) according to teachers at SD Negeri 3
Padangsambian the obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum were,
lack of mastery of science and technology, limited teacher time for learning and lack
of references.
