Pergantian kurikulum dari kurikulum k-13 menjadi kurikulum merdeka
belajar ini merupakan upaya pemulihan pembelajaran atau evaluasi dari kurikulum
K-13 oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi
(Kemendikbud Ristek).
Adapun masalah yang akan dibahas antara lain (1) strategi Guru dalam
Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, (2) kendala yang dihadapi dan solusi
untuk mengatasi kendala dari Strategi Guru dalam Implementasi Kurikulum
Merdeka Belajar, dan (3) implikasi Strategi Guru dalam Implementasi Kurikulum
Merdeka Belajar.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui strategi Guru dalam
Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, (2) menjelaskan kendala yang dihadapi
dan solusi untuk mengatasi kendala dari Strategi Guru dalam Implementasi
Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, dan (3) menerangkan implikasi Strategi Guru dalam
Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar.
Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori motivasi dari Risk Thomas, teori
behaviorisme dari Edward L. Thorndike, dan teori konstruktivisme dari Vygotsky.
Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budi Pekerti.
Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi partisipasi, wawancara semi-
terstruktur, kepustakaan dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan metode
analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi
data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) mengimplementasikan strategi
pembelajaran berupa pendekatan saintifik dan TPACK , Model PBL, Metode
diskusi dan presentasi, teknik kelompok kecil, taktik penguatan dan hiburan. (2)
Siswa belum terbiasa dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar diatasi dengan
memberikan ulasan kembali, memberikan kesimpulan materi, mengerjakan LKPD,
memberikan pengayaan. Kurangnya guru mendapat pelatihan diatasi dengan
berinovasi, kreatif dan berkolaborasi. Terbatasnya wawasan kepala sekolah yang
diatasi dengan belajar mandiri, supervisi, workshop dan seminar (3) Implikasi dapat
membentuk jiwa kompetensi dan karakter yang baik sesuai dengan dimensi Profil
Pelajar Pancasila.

TEACHER'S STRATEGY IN IMPLEMENTATION
INDEPENDENT LEARNING CURRICULUM
ON HINDU RELIGIOUS EDUCATION LEARNING
AND THOUGHTS AT SMA NEGERI 1 MENGWI

The replacement of the curriculum from the K-13 curriculum to an independent
learning curriculum is an effort to restore learning or evaluation of the K-13 curriculum
by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud Research
and Technology).
The issues that will be discussed include (1) the teacher's strategy in implementing
the Free Learning Curriculum, (2) the obstacles faced and solutions to overcome the
obstacles from the Teacher's Strategy in the Implementation of the Free Learning
Curriculum, and (3) the implications of the Teacher's Strategy in the Implementation of the
Free Learning Curriculum.
This study aims to (1) find out the teacher's strategy in implementing the Free
Learning Curriculum, (2) explain the obstacles encountered and solutions to overcome the
obstacles from the Teacher's Strategy in the Implementation of the Free Learning
Curriculum, and (3) explain the implications of the Teacher's Strategy in the
Implementation of the Free Learning Curriculum.
The theory used is the theory of motivation from Risk Thomas, the theory of
behaviorism from Edward L. Thorndike, and the theory of constructivism from Vygotsky.
The subjects of this study were teachers of Hinduism and Moral Education. Data collection
methods were participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, literature and
documentation and then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis with the steps of
data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions.
The results showed (1) implementing learning strategies in the form of scientific
approaches and TPACK, PBL models, discussion and presentation methods, small group
techniques, reinforcement tactics and entertainment. (2) Students who are not familiar with
the independent learning curriculum are overcome by providing reviews, providing
material conclusions, working on LKPD, providing enrichment. The lack of teachers
receiving training is overcome by innovating, being creative and collaborating. Limited
insight of school principals which is overcome by independent study, supervision,
workshops and seminars (3) Implications can form a spirit of competence and good
character in accordance with the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile.
