Guru Pendidikan Agama Hindu & Budi Pekerti memegang peran penting
dalam mendukung terselenggaranya kurikulum merdeka yang siap diterapkan bagi
peserta didik di semua tingkatan pendidikan. Adapun masalah yang dibahas antara
lain (1) Strategi guru pendidikan agama hindu & budi pekerti dalam menerapkan
kurikulum merdeka, (2) Kendala yang dihadapi guru pendidikan agama hindu &
budi pekerti dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka, (3) Upaya yang dilakukan
guru pendidikan agama hindu & budi pekerti dalam menerapkan kurikulum
merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk menganalisis strategi guru
pendidikan agama hindu & budi pekerti dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka, (2)
Untuk mengevaluasi kendala yang dihadapi guru pendidikan agama hindu & budi
pekerti dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka, (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan upaya
yang dilakukan guru pendidikan agama hindu & budi pekerti dalam menerapkan
kurikulum merdeka.
Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis masalah adalah teori
konstruktivisme dari Piaget. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan
Agama Hindu dan Budi Pekerti dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data adalah teknik
observasi, wawancara terstruktur, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi, kemudian
dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan, dan
validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Strategi yang digunakan yaitu
mempersiapkan administrasi guru berupa buku pelajaran siswa, absensi siswa,
daftar nilai, Capaian Pembelajaran (CP), Tujuan Pembelajaran (TP), Alur Tujuan
Pembelajaran (ATP), dan modul ajar, strategi pembelajaran menggunakan metode
ceramah dan tanya jawab, medianya gambar dan literature. (2) Guru belum
mengerti tentang kurikulum merdeka, guru kesulitan menyusun administrasi
pembelajaran, materi yang diajarkan terlalu sulit bagi siswa dan kurangnya sarana
dan prasarana dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. (3) Upaya yang dilakukan
yaitu membentuk kelompok KKG, guru dan kepala sekolah mengikuti pelatihan
terkait kurikulum merdeka, dan mencari informasi atau referensi tentang asesmen.

Hindu Religious Education Teachers & Characteristics play an important role
in supporting the implementation of an independent curriculum that is ready to be
implemented for students at all levels of education.The issues to be discussed
include (1) Hindu religious education teacher's strategy & character in
implementing the independent curriculum, (2) Obstacles faced by Hindu religious
& character education teachers in implementing the independent curriculum, (3)
Efforts made by religious education teachers Hinduism & manners in implementing
the independent curriculum. This study aims to (1) To analyze the strategies of
Hindu religious & moral education teachers in implementing the independent
curriculum, (2) To evaluate the obstacles faced by Hindu religious & moral
education teachers in implementing the independent curriculum, (3) To describe the
efforts made teacher of Hindu religious education & manners in implementing the
independent curriculum.
The theory used to analyze the problem is Piaget's constructivism theory. The
subjects in this study were Hindu and Moral Education teachers and students. Data
collection methods are observation techniques, structured interviews, literature
studies, and documentation, then analyzed with data reduction techniques, data
presentation and drawing conclusions, and data validity using triangulation
techniques.
The results of this study indicate that (1) The strategy used is to prepare
teacher administration in the form of student textbooks, student attendance, list of
grades, Learning Achievements (CP), Learning Objectives (TP), Learning
Objectives Flow (ATP), and teaching modules, strategies learning uses the lecture
and question and answer method, the media is pictures and literature. (2) Teachers
do not understand about the independent curriculum, teachers have difficulty
preparing learning administration, the material being taught is too difficult for
students and there is a lack of facilities and infrastructure in implementing the
independent curriculum. (3) Efforts were made to form a KKG group, teachers and
school principals attended training related to the independent curriculum, and
sought information or references about assessments.
